The first week of the 2012 British American Football Association Community Leagues season started today.

I took a trip up to the Bedford International Athletics Stadium to shoot the Bedfordshire Blue raiders, a team I have shot several times over the last three seasons, as they took on the Peterborough Saxons in their season-opener.

The game was pretty close with the Raiders taking the lead. The game was 6 - 6 up until fairly late on when the Saxons were able to score 2 more TDs in what was essentially a mistake-penalty heavy game.

All shots taken on the Canon 1D MkIV with Canon 600mm F4 & Canon 5D MkII with Canon 70-200L f2.8.
